Site Steel Erection Engineer

Lead and supervise on-site steel erection activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.Review and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and structural designs for steel components.Develop and implement detailed erection plans, sequences, and methodologies.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, fabricators, and other engineers to ensure seamless project execution.Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, for efficient steel erection.Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international safety regulations and construction codes.Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and documentation.Participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting activities related to steel erection challenges.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.Experience: A robust 5-7 years of hands-on experience in steel erection engineering, construction management, or structural project supervision.Technical Prowess: Proven expertise in Engineering principles, with a strong focus on Steel Erection methodologies, structural analysis, and design interpretation.
