Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.Direct and motivate site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones effectively and safely.Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures to guarantee that all work meets our impeccable standards.Champion a culture of safety, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols.Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and maintain clear communication channels.Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, optimizing productivity and cost-effectiveness.Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
