Site Supervisor

Supervise Architectural Works On-SiteOversee daily execution of architectural activities (finishes, blockwork, plastering, tiling, etc.) ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.Coordinate with Other DisciplinesWork closely with civil, structural, and MEP teams to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth workflow across all trades.Ensure Quality ControlInspect materials and workmanship, making sure all works meet project quality standards, codes, and client requirements.Monitor Progress & ReportingTrack site progress against the schedule and prepare daily/weekly reports highlighting achievements, delays, and issues.Manage SubcontractorsSupervise subcontractors’ performance, ensure adherence to scope, timelines, and safety standards.Review Drawings & Implement ChangesStudy shop drawings, coordinate approvals, and ensure proper implementation of any design modifications on site.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.5–7 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision.Strong knowledge of architectural works (finishes, blockwork, plastering, tiling, etc.).Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and standards.Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, MEP).Experience in supervising subcontractors and managing on-site activities.Familiarity with quality control procedures and site safety regulations.Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to monitor progress and prepare site reports.Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools is a plus.
