SMT Material Team Leader

The role is responsible for managing SMT (Surface Mount Technology) material operations, ensuring smooth material flow to production lines, and leading a team to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with production schedules.Job Responsibilities:Manage SMT material operations and ensure smooth and continuous material supply to production lines.Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and perform cycle count activities.Handle ERP transactions related to material receiving, issuing, and stock movement.Supervise and lead warehouse/material handling staff within the SMT department.Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Planning teams to prevent material shortages.Ensure proper FIFO implementation and full material traceability.Prepare and submit regular inventory and material management reports.

Experience in managing SMT material handling and production processesStrong leadership and team management skillsProficiency in inventory control and supply chain managementKnowledge of electronics manufacturing and SMT componentsDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skillsEffective communication and collaboration abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredFamiliarity with ERP systems and basic understanding of quality standards is an advantageProven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentGood knowledge of ERP systemsPreferred who lived at 10th of Ramadan City
