SMT Production Engineer

For a large reputable manufacturing company in 6 October, we are looking for SMT (Surface mount technology)

Production Engineer.

The right candidate is a motivated SMT Production Engineer who has 1–2 years of experience in SMT production lines, with strong technical understanding of PCB assembly processes and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and improving line performance “Work location in 6 October” Main Responsibilities:Operate, monitor, and maintain SMT production lines to ensure stable and efficient performance.Prepare and load SMT programs, feeders, and components according to production schedules.Conduct machine setup and calibration for pick-and-place, reflow, and inspection equipment.Perform troubleshooting for SMT equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.Ensure product quality through process control and inspection following IPC standards.Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams to meet daily production targets.Continuously improve process efficiency, yield, and equipment utilization.Maintain accurate production and maintenance records

Requirements:Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.1–3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing.Basic understanding of SMT production processesAbility to work on the production floor and in shift-based operationsBasic reporting and data analysis skills PreferredKnowledge of SMT equipment (Solder Paste Printer, Pick & Place, Reflow Oven)Understanding of common PCB assembly defectsFamiliarity with ESD control requirements
