Social Media Marketing Specialist (Remote – Egypt)

We are looking for a creative, organized, and execution-focused Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team remotely from Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:* Manage social media accounts across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Snapchat

• Plan and organize monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate content creation, reels, and posting schedules with the creative team
• Manage paid advertising campaigns and boosted posts through Meta Ads Manager and other platforms
• Monitor account performance, engagement, and audience growth
• Generate creative ideas and follow social media trends
• Prepare simple performance reports and recommendations
• Ensure branding consistency and professional online presence across all accounts
• Coordinate directly with management regarding campaign planning and execution

Required Skills:* Experience in social media management and digital marketing

• Good knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid campaigns
• Strong understanding of reels, engagement strategies, and content planning
• Ability to manage multiple accounts professionally
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Good English communication skills
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Canva AI is a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications:* Based in Egypt

• Age below 30 years old* 3to 8 years of experience in social media marketing
• Experience handling lifestyle, real estate, malls, restaurants, or technology accounts is preferred
• Ability to work remotely and report directly to managementWorking Schedule:* Saturday to Thursday* 8 working hours daily starting from 9:00 AM
