Job Description:Serve the dedicated point of contact to clear message backlogs and handle all pre-sales, store inquiries, and complaints across Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, and Instagram.Establish and maintain unified response standards and templates across all platforms to ensure a consistent brand voice and protect public reputation.Manage and maintain private customer communities, using online invitations and engagement to actively drive digital traffic to offline store locations.Convert social media traffic and live-stream engagement into potential leads, ensuring no customer opportunities are lost.
