Community Management & Moderation (50%)Monitor and moderate all social media channels daily.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.Escalate customer complaints and sensitive issues to the relevant stakeholders.Monitor audience sentiment and prepare regular moderation.Ensure compliance with brand tone of voice and moderation guidelines.B.
Reporting & Analytics (30%)Prepare monthly sentiment reports (on-page and off-page).Track key social media performance metrics and competitor activities.Provide actionable insights based on content performance and audience sentiment is a plus.C.
Social Media Scheduling & Coordination (20%)Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.Assist in maintaining content calendars.Coordinate with internal team and manager to ensure timely content publishing.Experience with publishing tools are a plus.
Education preferred: Bachelor’s or equivalent in MarketingMin Years of experience: 2 - 4 years in same positionExperience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Airtable, etc.) is a plus.Familiarity with Google Analytics and digital reporting tools is preferredSoft Skills / Other abilities: Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
