Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the company’s digital presence, generate qualified leads, and support business development activities.

The role focuses on creating engaging content, showcasing technical projects (cabling, CCTV, server racks), and driving inbound inquiries from targeted B2B audiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain company social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)Create and publish content related to:Project showcases (before/after installations)CCTV systems, cabling, and infrastructure solutionsEducational/awareness posts for businessesDevelop and execute social media campaigns to generate leadsHandle inbound messages, comments, and inquiries professionallyCoordinate with technical team to collect project data, photos, and insightsRun and optimize paid ads targeting business owners and decision-makersMonitor performance metrics (engagement, leads, reach) and improve strategiesBuild and maintain a consistent brand image across platforms

Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field1–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketingExperience in B2B marketing is highly preferredProven ability to create engaging content and manage campaignsFamiliarity with social media tools and advertising platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
