What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or advertising agency
• Experience handling multiple accounts across different industries
• Strong understanding of content strategy, branding, and social media trends
• Ability to create monthly content calendars and campaign ideas
• Excellent copywriting skills in English & Arabic
• Experience in client communication and account handling
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, and analytics
• Basic knowledge of paid media and boosting is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee social media accounts for agency clients
• Develop creative content strategies tailored to each brand
• Coordinate with designers, media buyers, and account managers
• Prepare content briefs, captions, and posting schedules
• Monitor performance, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
• Stay updated with digital trends, competitor activities, and platform updates
• Attend brainstorming sessions and contribute creative campaign ideas
