- Develop and execute social media content plans across multiple brands
- Build content pillars, monthly calendars, campaign ideas, and always-on communication
- Create concepts for Reels, TikToks, Shorts, UGC-style content, social series, and reactive content
- Develop strong hooks, scripts, captions, and short-form storytelling ideas designed to capture attention
- Stay constantly updated on platform trends, formats, algorithms, creators, memes, and digital culture
- Identify trends early and creatively adapt them to brands rather than simply copying them
- Work closely with creative, design, account, and production teams to bring ideas to life
- Take ownership of assigned projects from brief through execution and delivery
- Participate in client meetings and confidently present your ideas and recommendations
- Review performance and use insights to improve future content
- Use AI as part of your everyday creative process — from research and ideation to scripting, visual exploration, and content development
- Comfortable experimenting with generative image and video tools to bring social concepts to life faster
- Explore new AI tools, formats, and workflows that can improve the quality and speed of content production
- Understand that AI accelerates creativity — it doesn’t replace creative judgment

المتطلبات والشروط
- 1+ years of relevant social media/content experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social formats
- Strong Arabic and English communication and copywriting abilities
- Strong understanding of what makes people stop, watch, engage, share, and remember
- A portfolio that demonstrates social thinking — not only beautiful static posts
- Comfortable developing short-form video concepts and scripts
- Strong sense of Egyptian and regional digital culture and consumer behavior
- Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple brands and deadlines
- Comfortable communicating with clients and presenting your own work
- Experience across pharma, healthcare, FMCG, consumer, or retail categories is a plus
