Social Media Supervisor

Role Overview;The Social Media Supervisor is responsible for leading the brand’s digital presence across all social platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging, and performance-driven content that reflects MATGR’s identity as a leading mobility solutions provider.

This role combines content strategy, execution, performance tracking, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Planning ·· Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned business objectives

· Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms

· Plan coverage for launches, activations, test drives, exhibitions, and CSR initiatives

Content Creation & Supervision· Supervise creation of:Posts (static, carousel) \Stories (daily coverage) \ Reels & short-form videos· Collaborate with designers, videographers, and content creators· Ensure content reflects MATGR’s premium yet approachable positioning

Trend Monitoring & Innovation· Stay updated with social media trends, especially in: Automotive & mobility
