Managing customer accounts and continuously monitoring their needsEntering and updating the menu (products, prices, options)Tracking orders within the system and ensuring their correct transfer between casesMonitoring system performance and identifying any operational problems earlyProviding customer support and resolving technical issues quickly and professionallyTraining cashiers and management on using the systemOnboarding new customers and connecting them to the systemMonitoring system settings (branches, working hours, notifications)Testing any new updates before implementing them for customersEscalating technical issues to the relevant team and following up on their resolutionContributing to improving the user experience and suggesting system improvements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Previous experience in technical support or SaaS systems (preferably in the restaurant industry)Knowledge of the basics of WhatsApp Business API is preferredProven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the software industry.Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with software installation and configuration.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems and CRM software.Familiarity with Accounting and ERP Software system.Knowledge of software development and QA processes is a plus.Excellent communication skillsAbility to resolve problems quickly and professionallyBasic knowledge of restaurant systems or POS (Point of Sale) systemsHighly organized and able to handle multiple clients simultaneously
