Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of dedicated Quality Control engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring peak performance.Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures for various software products and features.Oversee the execution of all testing activities, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.Drive the adoption of automation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.Collaborate closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to integrate quality throughout the software development lifecycle.Analyze and report on test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.Champion continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process and team.
