We are building a remote engineering hub in Egypt to support this growth.The RoleYou will be Ralliton's first Solution Architect — the senior technical authority on customer-facing solution design.

You sit between Sales and Delivery: you turn customer problems into Microsoft architectures that our engineers can build, our customers can sign for, and Microsoft will recognise as Solutions Partner-grade work.

Solution design Lead the architecture of customer engagements across Microsoft 365, Azure, hybrid identity (Active Directory + Entra ID), Windows Server, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Sentinel, and Intune.Design hybrid and on-premise to cloud migrations — Exchange hybrid, AD to Entra, file server to SharePoint, on-prem workloads to Azure / Azure Stack HCI / Azure Arc.Design Microsoft Sentinel deployments — workspace topology, data connectors, analytics rules, SOAR playbooks, multi-tenant management for MSP-style delivery.Run architecture working sessions with customer technical stakeholders.

Produce High-Level Designs, Low-Level Designs, and Bills of Materials.Make the technical trade-offs visible: cost, risk, data residency (NIS2), licence model, operational complexity.Pre-sales authority Partner with Sales on qualified opportunities.

Own the technical narrative in customer meetings.Author Statements of Work, scoping documents, and effort estimates.

You are the final word on whether a deal can be delivered as scoped.Respond to RFPs and tenders.Reference architectures and productisation Build Ralliton's reusable reference architectures library: M365 secure baseline, Azure landing zone, hybrid identity blueprint, Windows Server modernisation pattern, Defender deployment template, Microsoft Sentinel deployment template (multi-tenant MSP edition), Intune baseline, NIS2-aligned tenant configuration.Convert one-off customer wins into repeatable service offerings with fixed scope and fixed price.Microsoft partnership Contribute to Ralliton's Microsoft Solutions Partner designations (Modern Work, Security, Infrastructure).Keep your certifications current; mentor the engineering team on certification roadmaps.Engage with Microsoft technical resources (FastTrack, partner architects, ATU specialists) on customer engagements.
