No prior experience or knowledge of sewing machines required — we'll train you!

Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers upon arrival and help them find the spare parts they need Manage the spare parts warehouse and keep it organized Communicate daily with 11+ international suppliers via email, handling each supplier's requirements independently Keep track of customer orders — from identifying needed parts, placing orders with suppliers, delivery, and payment collection Record and follow up on company technician site visits and maintenance requests Maintain accurate logs for all incoming and outgoing spare parts Use Excel to track stock, orders, and supplier/customer records

Requirements: Strong written and spoken English — reading and writing emails in English is a daily task Good command of Microsoft Excel Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Good communication and customer service skills No prior experience needed — fresh graduates are welcome!
