Specification Specialist

For a large reputable manufacturing company in 6 October, we are looking for “Specification Specialist” to promote and secure the inclusion of the company's electrical products and solutions in project specifications, designs, and tender documents.

The right candidate will focus on developing strong relationships with consultants, design engineers, architects, project owners, EPC contractors, and governmental authorities to increase project opportunities and support business growth“Work location in Downtown”Reporting to the Head of Sales

• Projects, you will assume the following responsibilities:Ensure company products are specified and approved in project designs, technical specifications, and tender documents.

Provide technical support and product recommendations during project design phases.

Review project drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with consulting firms, engineering consultants, contractors, developers, utilities, and governmental entities.

Conduct regular technical visits to consultants and key project stakeholders.

Organize technical presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations.

Maintain an active pipeline of specified projects and monitor project progress from design through tender and award stages.

Track competitor activities and specification trends within the market.

Update project information and customer interactions in CRM systems

University graduate in a related discipline, preferably with Engineering background.Strong understanding of electrical systems and project design processes.

Knowledge of IEC standards and relevant local regulations.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.

Familiarity with consultant approval processes and project lifecycle management.

Excellent communication, presentation Negotiation and influencing skills.

Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

Project management and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
