Sr. Cost Control Engineer

Monitor and control project costs throughout all phases of execution.Develop project budgets, cost breakdown structures (CBS), and forecasts.Track actual expenditures vs. budget and report variances.Coordinate with planning and procurement to ensure financial alignment with schedules.Review and validate invoices, progress payments, and subcontractor claims.Prepare regular cost reports, cash flow projections, and financial dashboards.Support project management in cost risk analysis and mitigation.Ensure cost control procedures are implemented in line with company policies.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in cost control, preferably in construction or contracting.Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting.Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and cost control tools.Experience in reviewing BOQs, contracts, and payment terms.
