Sr. Site Architecture Engineer

Better home is seeking a Senior Site Engineer (Architecture) with strong consultancy supervision experience to join our projects in the New Administrative Capital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise architectural & finishing works on site
• Review shop drawings, material submittals & inspection requests
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Ensure work quality in accordance with approved drawings, standards & codes
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve technical issues
• Review as-built drawings and handing-over documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of experience, with consultancy supervision background
• Strong experience in architectural finishing inspection & quality control
• Familiar with Egyptian code, technical specifications & QA/QC procedures
• Strong reporting, coordination & problem-solving skillsConsultancy experience is highly preferred.
