Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a diverse range of roles, from initial job requisition to offer acceptance.Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, leveraging various platforms and networks.Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads, acting as a trusted advisor on all recruitment matters.Negotiate competitive offers and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position us as an employer of choice in the market.Utilize and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage pipelines and report on recruitment metrics.
Skills & Technologies: Success in this role demands a strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) principles, exceptional Interviewing techniques, and proven expertise in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

Unleash your expertise: Possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a dedicated Talent Acquisition or Senior Recruitment role.Demonstrated proficiency in Human Resources (HR) best practices, with a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.Professional Interviewing skills, including behavioral and competency-based techniques, to accurately assess candidate potential.Proven track record in Recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strategic approach to attracting and retaining top talent.Expertise in various Candidate Sourcing methodologies and tools.Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.Outstanding Communication Skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.Strong Negotiation abilities to secure top talent effectively.A proactive and resourceful approach to Problem Solving in recruitment challenges.Career Level: This role is designed for an Experienced professional ready to take on significant responsibility and leadership within the talent acquisition function.
