Sr.Team Lead - Compliance

Advise internal stakeholders on matters related to Egyptian civil, commercial, labor, and tax laws.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements and employment contracts.Ensure full compliance with Egyptian legal requirements in areas such as corporate governance, licensing, data privacy and employment law.Provide legal risk assessments and practical recommendations aligned with the group’s business strategy in Egypt.Lead, develop, and mentor the Egyptian legal team to ensure alignment with company-wide legal standards and ethical practices.Monitor legal and regulatory developments in Egypt and update management accordingly.Collaborate with the Group Legal team to ensure consistency in legal operations and compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Law.Minimum 2-3 years of progressive legal experience.knowledge of Egyptian commercial, labor, tax, and civil laws.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and contract drafting skills in both Arabic and English.High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex legal matters independently.
