Stability Analyst

Perform stability testing physically ,chemically (accelerated , long-term and Real time conditions ) for all dosage forms according to stability plan Follow up the shelf stability of products and extend the validation date if possible.

Job duties Responsibilities:Follows up the daily schedule of products filling to choose needed samples.Sampling of product from production area and bring them to the ongoing stability lab.

Registration of tested products in plan notebook during its shelf life and extension of 1 year time.Analyze products according to monthly plan using SOP method and record the results in personal analyst notebook.Delivery of analysis request to microbiology lab if required and follows up the results.Receives certificates for the Microbiology dept.Writes the certificates of analysis for the analyzed products and follow up the results.Prepares lab reagents and registers in Reagent Notebook.Prepares the samples for HPLC injection according to the SOP method.Prepares the Monthly Plan every month.Can adequately use all lab instruments.

Ensure the implementation of HSE regulation3) done his activity according to cGMP cGLP .requirement

BSC in pharmacy or scienceexperience From 2 - 3 years’ in pharmaceuticals High accuracy level to guarantee the reliability of results.Knowledge about GMP & GLPPhysical effort (Walking & standing most of the time)
