Stock Control Accountant

Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Control Accountant to support inventory accuracy across our warehouses and retail branches.

This role focuses on monitoring stock procedures, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and ensuring all inventory activities are aligned with company policies and standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and follow up on stock control procedures across warehouses and showrooms.Identify errors or discrepancies in stock transactions and resolve them in a timely manner.Ensure all inventory processes are implemented according to approved policies and procedures.Perform periodic and annual stock counts (physical inventory).Analyze stock variances and provide clear reports and insights.Coordinate with different departments to maintain accurate stock records.Maintain proper documentation and ensure system accuracy for all inventory movements.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in stock control or inventory accounting.Hands-on experience with inventory systems (preferably Odoo).Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, Lookups and Pivot Tables.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
