Stock Control Manager

Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure stock accuracy across all locations.Monitor inventory accuracy rates and ensure achievement of the defined targets.Review and analyze discrepancies between physical stock and system records, and implement corrective actions.Oversee all inventory control activities within the central warehouse.Monitor slow-moving and dead stock items and recommend corrective actions.Supervise inventory control activities across all retail stores.Develop and execute cycle count and physical inventory plans for stores.Review inventory count results and analyze the causes of shortages or overages.Coordinate with Store Managers to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve stock accuracy.Ensure inventory synchronization and accuracy between the e-commerce platform and physical inventory.Monitor stock allocated to online orders and maintain proper inventory availability.Review and investigate inventory-related issues such as:OversellingShort PickingOrder Cancellations due to stock discrepanciesLead investigations related to inventory discrepancies and stock losses.Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify underlying issues.Develop and implement preventive and corrective action plans.Prepare investigation reports and submit findings to senior management.Review and reconcile all inventory transactions, including:Receiving VariancesTransfer VariancesReturn to Vendor (RTV)Customer ReturnsDamaged ItemsInventory Write-offsApprove inventory adjustments after verifying supporting documentation and compliance with company policies.Prepare and analyze periodic inventory reports, including:Inventory Accuracy %Stock Variance %Shrinkage %Slow Moving ItemsDead StockOut of Stock ItemsCycle Count ResultsInventory Value by LocationProvide recommendations to improve inventory management and reduce stock losses.
