Stock Controller

Job Purpose:Responsible for analyzing stock level parts regularly to compile parts order and assist stock control manager to place orders on a timely fashion.Job Responsibilities:▪ Stock control for MCV buses body spare parts of all branches▪ Analyze parts stock control movement and recommend actions.▪ Compile stock parts orders on time.▪ Forecast parts demand based on workshops & factory demands & previous records.▪ Review parts consumption regularly and report on sudden demand or shortage.▪ Monitor stock aging and recommendation.▪ Study odd parts demand and report on necessary action.▪ Present and review recommended parts orders.▪ Report on prompt actions related to urgent parts requirements.▪ Perform purchasing processes (ordering, register reference for purchased items…etc)▪ Handle all inquiries with suppliers regarding parts▪ Handle all logistics situations with body parts suppliers.▪ Prepare statistical reports for each supplier (stock value variation, sales variation, supplier evaluation…etc)▪ Technical support in the field of body parts (ex. assist CSD in catalogues Preparation)Undertake additional tasks as required by line management.Main KPI Key Performance indicators:Core CompetenciesFinancial ManagementCustomer ExcellenceProcess ManagementGrowth & DevelopmentFunctional CompetenciesJob KnowledgeMonitoring, Reporting and Trend ThinkingTechnology and Cyber SecurityLeadership CompetenciesAccountability & Focusing on Business ResultsEmotional IntelligenceIntegrity & Professional Behavior

Job Skills and Abilities:- Very good command of English and Arabic languages- Very good computer skills.- Organized, good communication skills & dynamic- Flexible and trustful, Customer Oriented

Qualifications:- BSC in Engineering Preferable (Automotive or Mechanical).- 0-3 Years of Experience in the same field.- Technical knowledge of product (Auto repair)
