Store Keeper

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and ensure they match purchase orders and documentation.Issue materials or products according to approved requisitions.Accurately record all inventory transactions in the inventory system or stock records.Organize and arrange stored items to ensure easy access and proper storage conditions.Conduct periodic stock counts and assist in inventory audits.Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse operations.Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and secure.

Bachelor’s degree is preferredProven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Keeper, or similar role.Good knowledge of inventory management procedures.Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory systems preferred).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience in gold or jewelry manufacturing factories is preferred.
