Prepare and review structural shop drawings and as-built drawingsCoordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project executionPrepare quantity surveying and material take-off reportsReview project specifications and structural drawings accuratelyPrepare BOQs and technical documentation for construction projectsEnsure all technical office activities are completed according to project timelinesFollow up on project progress and provide technical support when requiredCoordinate with internal departments to maintain efficient workflowEnsure compliance with company standards, project requirements, and quality regulations

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering5–8 years of experience in Structural Technical Office worksStrong knowledge of structural drawings and project specificationsExcellent experience in shop drawings, quantity surveying, and BOQ preparationStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesGood analytical and problem-solving abilitiesPrevious experience in construction and engineering projects is preferred
