- Lead the structural design and analysis of buildings, infrastructure, and industrial facilities across multiple project phases (concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation).
- Produce and review structural calculations, technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Apply international and regional design codes (ACI, BS, Eurocode, ASCE, and applicable Gulf standards).
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including civil, MEP, and architectural engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level structural engineers.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to resolve design queries and ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct site visits to support construction activities and address technical issues on the ground.
- Review and approve shop drawings and RFIs submitted by contractors.
- Contribute to proposals and technical presentations for new business opportunities.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Proficiency in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering
- Background in Civil Engineering with practical application skills
- Experience with Revit and Autodesk tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Understanding of international building codes and structural regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
- Professional certification or licensure in structural or civil engineering is an advantage
- 10 - 13 Years experience in designing structures for diverse sectors, such as commercial, residential, or cultural projects, is a plus.
