Positions overview:The Student Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for supporting student recruitment and outreach activities by engaging prospective students and parents, promoting academic programs, and contributing to enrollment growth.
The role aims to enhance the applicant experience and strengthen Zewail City’s presence through effective communication, follow-up, and participation in recruitment events and partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:Support the planning and execution of student recruitment activities and events, both on-campus and off-campus.Represent Zewail City at school visits, education fairs, open days, and outreach events.Communicate with prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as parents, providing guidance on academic programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.Conduct student outreach activities, follow-ups, and support enrollment conversion efforts.Maintain relationships with schools, counselors, and educational partners.Assist in implementing recruitment strategies and promotional campaigns targeting prospective students.Maintain accurate records of applicants, inquiries, and recruitment activities.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and applicant experience.
Min. 7 years of experience in student recruitment and admissions or a related field.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Education, or a related field.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities with confidence in representing the institution at external events and school visits.
Proven ability to manage follow-ups, build relationships, and achieve recruitment and conversion targets.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Arabic.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to seasonal recruitment demands.Willingness to travel for recruitment activities, outreach events, and school visits when needed.
