Key ResponsibilitiesHandle client communication (WhatsApp, Instagram, in-store)Send quotations and follow up on approvalsUpdate clients on restoration progressOrganize incoming and outgoing itemsTrack job status and maintain recordsRecord payments (incoming & outgoing) accuratelyMaintain daily financial logsEnsure weekly Instagram posts are scheduled and publishedFollow up on marketing materials and reorder when neededMonitor studio supplies and packaging stock

1–2 years experience in administration, retail, or operationsStrong organizational and communication skillsFamiliar with Instagram & WhatsApp BusinessBasic Excel or Google Sheets knowledgeDetail-oriented and professionalInterest in fashion or luxury products is a plus
