Job Title: Assistant Supply Chain & Logistics (Export) – Automotive Spare PartsLocation: Al-Abbasiya, Cairo (4 days onsite + Friday WFH)

Job Summary:We are hiring an experienced Assistant Supply Chain & Logistics professional to support export operations in the automotive spare parts sector, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:Manage export shipments and logistics coordinationPrepare and review export documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs, etc.)Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teamsTrack shipments and ensure on-time deliveryMonitor inventory and support demand planningEnsure compliance with export regulations

3-5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics (export focus)Experience in automotive spare parts is a strong plusStrong knowledge of export processes and documentationGood communication and coordination skillsDetail-oriented and able to handle operations under pressureFemale candidates preferred
