Supply chain Continuous Improvement Engineer

Job Title: SC Continuous Improvement Engineer Key Responsibilities:PeopleArticulate all Supply Chain Job descriptions, qualifications, YOE.Design Supply Chain Competency framework.Conduct time motion studies and generate Supply Chain standard head count.ProcessDesign and/or review current processes, articulate the needed SOPs, and publish.Explore continuous improvement initiatives, waste elimination and productivity programs (TPM - 6 Sigma) across Supply Chain.Run regular audits, and Ensure compliance with SOPs and gap analysis.SystemFind ways to improve and maximize our use of SAP and transform any off-system activities to on system.Exploring the digital transformation in Supply chain and introducing new technology ideas (AI/automation) aiming for more optimization.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel is a plus Years of Experience Required:0–3 years of experience in supply chain planning and/or logistics.
