Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for our Oil Field Services operations across Egypt and the GCC region.This role will focus on building a resilient, technology-driven supply chain, leveraging AI, predictive analytics, and digital platforms to enhance operational efficiency, improve asset and inventory availability, and reduce operational costs.

Required Skills & Expertise:Exceptional proficiency in Logistics, Procurement, and Purchasing within heavy industries.Demonstrated mastery of comprehensive Supply Chain Management, particularly in Oil Field Operations.Proven track record in Strategic Supply Chain Leadership, driving significant organizational impact.Experience with AI-Driven Supply Chain Transformation, leveraging technology for competitive advantage.Expertise in Risk Management & Supply Chain Resilience strategies.Strong capabilities in Operations Management and Process Optimization.Superior skills in Contract Negotiation and Vendor Management for complex projects.Deep understanding of Global Supply Chain Management principles.Exceptional Team Leadership and mentorship abilities.Proficiency in Data Analytics for informed decision-making.Experience Requirements:A stellar career spanning 15-20 years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership, with a significant portion dedicated to the Oil & Gas/Energy sector.Proven success in managing complex supply chain operations in challenging environments.Education Requirements:A robust academic background, typically a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
