Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team to ensure efficient and high-quality hiring processes.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across different departments.Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire, and implement improvements.
