RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on the food industry or FMCG manufacturing sector.Proven experience recruiting for diverse roles (blue-collar, technical, and white-collar) and managing hiring across multiple governorates.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, , and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
