The role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for different departments
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels
- Conduct HR interviews and coordinate hiring stages with hiring managers
- Create and publish job postings on recruitment platforms and social media
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Follow up on recruitment KPIs and hiring reports
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience in banking, financial institutions, or corporate hiring is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Good command of English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
