Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

The role is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for different departments
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels
  • Conduct HR interviews and coordinate hiring stages with hiring managers
  • Create and publish job postings on recruitment platforms and social media
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Follow up on recruitment KPIs and hiring reports
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
  • Experience in banking, financial institutions, or corporate hiring is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good command of English and Arabic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
