Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt.

This role will manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.

Responsibilities include developing and enhancing employer branding strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

The role also involves building talent pipelines and fostering relationships with potential candidates to meet the company's staffing needs effectively.

-Proven experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes.-Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.-Experience 1-3 Years in Talent Acquisition.-Strong expertise in Hiring and developing effective recruitment strategies.-Experience in Employer Branding and attracting high-quality talent.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.-Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.-Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
