Facilitate smooth onboarding processes, working with HR to ensure a welcoming and efficient transition for new hires.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment strategies.

Proven Expertise: 2-5 years of dedicated experience in Human Resources (HR), with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

Recruitment Mastery: Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, including Candidate Sourcing, Interviewing, and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Strategic Communication: Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for Negotiation and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Collaborative Spirit: Ability to excel in Stakeholder Management and work effectively with diverse teams in a hybrid work environment.
