- Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Conduct insightful interviewsto assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for growth.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managersto understand their team's needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Champion our employer brand, creating compelling job descriptions and representing our company at career fairs and recruitment events.
- Contribute to the development and implementationof innovative talent acquisition initiatives and best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate recordswithin our HR systems.
- Skills & Technologies:You will hone your expertise inTalent Acquisition methodologies, leverage advancedcandidate sourcing tools, and become proficient in ourApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong command of communication platforms and collaboration tools will be essential.
