Team Leader Site Engineer - Aluminum Facade Solutions

The Team Leader Engineer is responsible for managing and supervising all on-site façade installation activities.

This role ensures that façade works are executed according to approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and timelines, while leading site engineers and installation teams.

Site Execution ManagementLead and supervise façade installation works (curtain wall, aluminum cladding, glazing systems)Ensure execution is in accordance with approved shop drawings and method statementsMonitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project scheduleCoordinate installation sequences and site prioritiesTeam LeadershipManage and guide site engineers, supervisors, and installation crewsAssign daily tasks and monitor team productivityProvide technical support and on-site training to team membersTechnical OversightReview and verify shop drawings before and during executionResolve on-site technical issues and discrepanciesCoordinate with design and engineering teams for clarifications and updatesCoordination & CommunicationCoordinate with main contractors, consultants, and other trades on-siteAttend site meetings and report progress, challenges, and risksEnsure proper communication between site, factory, and engineering teamsQuality Control (QA/QC)Ensure installation meets required quality standards and specificationsConduct inspections and supervise testing of façade systemsIdentify defects, prepare snag lists, and ensure timely rectificationMaterial & Logistics ManagementEnsure availability of materials, tools, and equipment on-siteCoordinate delivery schedules with procurement and logistics teamsMonitor material usage and minimize wasteHealth & SafetyEnforce HSE policies and ensure safe working practices (especially working at height)Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefingsReport and mitigate risks and unsafe conditionsReportingPrepare daily/weekly progress reportsTrack installation progress vs. scheduleReport delays, variations, and technical issues to project management
