Tech Lead – .NET / Angular

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in .NET and Angular to lead both frontend and backend development teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture decisions, team management, code quality, and ensuring smooth project delivery.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage frontend (Angular) and backend (.NET) development teams.Coordinate with DevOps and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and system reliability.Distribute tasks across the team and prioritize workloads according to project timelines.Conduct code reviews and approve pull requests/merges while maintaining high coding standards.Identify and resolve technical challenges and support the team in overcoming blockers.Make technical and architectural decisions for new features and platform enhancements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.Mentor and support engineers to encourage technical and professional growth.Ensure best practices in software development, scalability, performance, and security.Technical Skills.NET / .NET CoreAngularREST APIsGitCI/CD PipelinesDevOps ToolsSQL Server

Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms is a plus.Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Requirements3–4 years of experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role.Strong hands-on experience with .NET / .NET Core and Angular.Previous solid background as a Software Engineer.Good understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.Experience in code reviews and maintaining code quality standards.Strong knowledge of software architecture and system design.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams is a plus.
