Technical Architect engineer

Prepare and develop architectural drawings, shop drawings, and detailed design drawings.Review architectural designs, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.Prepare quantity take-offs and material calculations for architectural works.Review and approve material submittals, samples, and technical documents.Monitor site activities and ensure that architectural works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.Review contractors’ submissions, method statements, and shop drawings.Assist in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports and progress updates.Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards and finishing requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering from a recognized university.Experience in architectural design, construction projects, and finishing works.Good knowledge of preparing and reviewing architectural shop drawings.Experience in architectural quantity surveying and quantity take-off.Experience in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation.Ability to review material submittals, technical specifications, and project documents.Experience in site supervision and coordination with different disciplines.Good understanding of architectural details, construction methods, and finishing materials.Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural design software (Revit is an advantage).Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
