Technical Designer

Prepare architectural plans, drawings, and technical details in accordance with project requirements.Utilize engineering principles, construction methods, and material knowledge to produce practical and high-quality design solutions.Conduct site visits and evaluations to ensure work quality and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.Monitor construction progress and provide technical recommendations throughout the execution phase.Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives, schedules, and budgets.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.Experience with architectural and construction drawings.Good knowledge of architectural documentation and submittal processes.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide design-oriented solutions.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
