Technical Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both mechanical and electrical systems, along with proven leadership abilities.

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians (Electrical, Mechanical, and Utilities).
• Plan and assign daily maintenance activities while ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance for production and utility equipment (boilers, compressors, and water treatment systems).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Train, mentor, and continuously develop team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
• Technical Diploma, Technical Institute, or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is a must.
• Strong technical expertise in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) for reporting.Why Join Us?
