"Technical Office & Site Engineer (WPC & UPVC)"

Job Purpose:To ensure accurate engineering execution of WPC and UPVC projects by coordinating between clients, technical office, production, and installation teams while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Site Inspection & Measurements:Conduct site visits for WPC and UPVC projects including:Wall claddingFlooringPergolasUPVC doorsPerform accurate site measurements using appropriate tools.Analyze site conditions and determine execution requirements (fixing methods, structures, slopes, and expansion gaps).Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design expectations.

Technical Office Activities:Prepare detailed Shop Drawings for WPC and UPVC projects.Develop installation details including fixing methods, sections, and connections.Prepare accurate Cutting Lists to optimize material usage and minimize waste.Review and approve drawings before execution.Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and follow up on required materials.Coordinate with the production team to ensure product compliance with approved drawings.

3.

Production & Installation Supervision:Follow up on manufacturing processes including cutting, assembly, and finishing.Supervise installation teams at project sites.Assign tasks and monitor execution quality.Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project standards.Solve technical issues during execution (leveling problems, measurement differences, site conflicts, etc.).

4.

Handover & Customer Support:Inspect completed works before final delivery.Coordinate with clients during project handover.Prepare and follow up on Snag Lists.Support after-sales service activities and required modifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.2–5 years of experience in finishing works, WPC, UPVC, or related industries.Strong knowledge of WPC installation details (cladding, flooring, pergolas).Good understanding of UPVC door systems.Excellent AutoCAD skills (mandatory).Knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus.Ability to prepare accurate cutting lists and technical drawings.Strong site supervision and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer handling skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Additional Requirements:Willingness to work on-site and travel between projects.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.Customer-oriented mindset.Driving license is preferred.
