Technical Office Architect

Shop Drawings: Prepare, develop, and review detailed architectural shop drawings and construction details.Coordination: Coordinate architectural drawings with Structural and MEP layouts to identify and resolve clashes before construction.Submittals & RFIs: Prepare material submittals, track consultant approvals, and raise Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify design discrepancies.Quantity Surveying: Perform accurate material take-offs and quantity surveying matching the project's Bill of Quantities (BOQ).As-Built Drawings: Track on-site variations and deliver final As-Built drawings upon project completion.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.Experience: 7 to 10 years of proven experience in a technical office role, preferably within construction or real estate development companies.Software Mastery: High proficiency in Shop Drawing production, Autodesk Revit (BIM), and AutoCAD is strictly required.

Familiarity with Navisworks and MS Excel is a strong plus.Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction finishing materials, detailing, and execution sequences.Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to meet tight site deadlines.
