We are seeking an exceptional Technical Office Architect for a leading real estate development company for a commercial mall in Obour City, Cairo, Egypt.

Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the technical office team, ensuring the highest standards of architectural design and engineering excellence.Oversee and manage the development of comprehensive architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents.Drive the execution of projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Collaborate extensively with various departments, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project coordination and communication.Conduct thorough technical reviews of architectural plans and designs, providing expert guidance and solutions.Apply deep expertise in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Architecture to produce precise and innovative designs.Contribute strategic insights to real estate development projects, specifically for commercial malls, enhancing feasibility and market appeal.

Architectural Visionary: A minimum of 10-20 years of progressive experience in architecture and engineering, with a proven track record in a technical office leadership role.Master of Design Tools: Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Architecture, with a deep understanding of architectural drafting and design standards.Engineering Acumen: Strong background in Engineering and Architectural Engineering, capable of overseeing complex technical specifications and construction documentation.Project Leadership: Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including the ability to lead teams, manage timelines, and ensure project delivery.Real Estate Savvy: Solid experience within the Real Estate Commercial Malls sector, understanding market dynamics and project feasibility.Technical Office Expertise: Comprehensive experience in Technical Office operations, including design review, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.Educational Foundation: A relevant degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering is a must.Career Level: This is a Manager-level position, requiring strong leadership, decision-making, and mentorship skills.On-site Commitment: Must be able to work on-site in our vibrant Cairo office, Obour city.
