Technical Office Civil Engineer

Prepare and review BOQs, shop drawings (including steel detailing), and technical documentation.Interpret and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and project contracts.Coordinate with project teams for accurate and timely delivery of technical office tasks.Support project execution through material take-offs, cost estimates, comparisons, and technical reports.Ensure compliance with local construction codes, standards, and project requirements.Assist in resolving technical issues related to earthworks, concrete works, roads, and landscaping.Maintain organized project records, drawings, and documentation.Ensure all work aligns with company quality and safety standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.2–4 years of relevant experience in a technical office role within the construction industry.Strong background in road construction and landscape projects (preferred).Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering software.Strong understanding of construction methods, project workflows, and civil engineering principles.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
