- Monitor and follow up with Site Engineersto ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
- Oversee and coordinate the construction processthrough Site Engineers and provide recommendations to ensure proper execution.
- Collaborate with various teams to establish project goals, schedules, and budgets.
- Request and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support tender documents, including technical specifications and scopes of work.
- Compare quotations to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and value for money.
- Prepare and manage project and subcontractor contracts, including BOQs and schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, progress reports, and compliance documentation.

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Proven experience in construction, site supervision, and project coordination.
- Good knowledge of tendering, procurement, BOQs, and subcontractor management.
- Ability to review technical specifications, scopes of work, quotations, and contracts.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
