Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and project requirements.Manage and organize all technical documents, submittals, and approvals, maintaining a comprehensive and accessible project archive.Collaborate closely with design, procurement, and site teams to resolve technical queries and ensure seamless information flow.Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material take-offs, and cost estimations with utmost accuracy.Assist in the preparation of project submittals, method statements, and technical proposals.Monitor and report on technical progress, identifying potential challenges and proposing proactive solutions.Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and project timelines.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Engineering principles, exceptional capabilities in Technical Office operations, and expertise in generating precise Shop Drawings.

Proficiency in industry-standard software like AutoCAD is essential. A solid understanding of Construction Management, Project Planning, Quantity Surveying, and Cost Estimation will be critical, alongside experience in BOQ Preparation, Quality Assurance, and robust Documentation practices.
